00:09It's going to depend, isn't it?

00:11I've had a list of players, I've had conversations, but it's on hold, you can't do anything.

00:20If you get your plan A then fantastic, but it generally doesn't happen,

00:23so you have to be ready to move and just go with the flow of that

00:28to get the best possible squad, and that's why I say loans are going to be important.

00:34Free transfers we can afford, small pool, do you know what I mean?

00:39So, yeah, we want to make some signings, as many permanents as possible as us,

00:42the right character, the right player, and then we'll certainly be bulking up the squad

00:48with as good of loans as possible, and we want to avoid just getting numbers,

00:53we want to make sure we can get loans to try and improve the XI,

00:56but again, the competition for those players is immense.

00:59So, yeah, if you stand here right now, there's probably five faces,

01:06which I wouldn't have a clue what it would be, that will all evolve in the summer.

01:10Do you think the team will look a lot different next season,

01:12or do you feel like there's a core there?

01:14Yeah, there's a core there we need to add to.

01:18I think we've shown lots of good characteristics throughout the season,

01:22and I keep saying the same things every week where we need to improve,

01:25so that's it. It's pretty simple, really. We can't lose what's been good about us

01:29in terms of how competitive we've been, how dogged we've been.

01:33I'll accept the odd bad one, you know, we're going to get that.

01:37But as long as our levels of performance are really consistent,

01:39then it's easier to manage and deal with problems.

01:41If we were a team like that and you never know what you're going to get,

01:45yeah, I think that's tough.
