00:20Who is he and where is he from? That also we are not sure. But ultimately a crime has been committed and somebody has been murdered. So police will have to take strict action and do not want to give scope for any speculation, unnecessary speculation.
00:40But rule of law should apply equally for all and there will not be any sort of, you know, any other consideration while you are implementing the law. So police have already arrested about 15 people and further action they will take. And whoever has done this, they have to be brought to, I mean, they have to be brought to justice. Unfortunately a person has died. So it is a very, very sad incident.
