I went to Liverpool's unique new restaurant Hume and can't stop raving about it.

00:15local community. The restaurant is small but relaxed and has a really lovely atmosphere.

00:22Just six dishes are available to avoid waste including the lion's mane steak and red Thai

00:26curry which are absolutely delicious. The lion's mane steak was one of the nicest meals I've had in

00:33a while and it's so nice to see vegan meals that truly embrace sustainability and health.

00:39My friends and I both got a really nice juice and an unreal matcha while we were there too

00:43and have honestly not stopped raving about food since we went. Even their tables are sustainable

00:50and is a brilliant addition to the city. I would highly recommend it.
