00:00I'm Emma, Livepool World's Food and Drink Specialist. I produce a range of food content
00:06all year round, celebrating the very best independent restaurants, cafes and bars across
00:10Merseyside, as well as reviewing some of the most popular chains too.
00:15Over the last few weeks, National World has been celebrating Food and Drink Month with
00:20our specialists across different city titles, working even harder to champion the businesses
00:25that make our foodie scenes so great. Of course, I believe Livepool is the best city for a
00:31great meal and a great drink, with pretty much any cuisine you can think of available
00:35and a whole host of unique venues.
00:38Throughout September, I have been asking our readers to share their recommendations, as
00:43well as shining a light on the wonderful eateries that have bagged themselves various accolades,
