00:00computer science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to attach an image to
00:07an email on microsoft outlook using a mac computer without further ado let us start the video so in
00:15the tutorial you need to have access to a mac computer have access to the desktop application
00:21microsoft outlook as well as an image we can now start the tutorial before i start this tutorial

00:57the video so now let's go all the way down to the dock go to launchpad go to microsoft outlook search
01:04for the application enter to open up the application wait for that to load once that is loaded what we
01:10will do is go to another desktop now go all the way down to the dock go to finder go to pictures locate
01:17an image we wish to attach to the email so there i have a screenshot highlight command c to copy go to
01:25the desktop command v to paste close finder go back to the image rename the image image dot png go back to
01:36the microsoft outlook desktop application now let's go to the top left corner of the screen
01:40go to a new email let's now compile the email
01:43the test email hello this is a test email please see the attached image
02:00kind regards
02:06admin before we send let's add a recipient this will be sent to
02:12the computer science videos business email
02:24double click on this to expand computer science videos business at gmail.com now add the subject
02:32test go to attach file on the top menu
02:36navigate to the desktop where we have the image dot png click on this and this will be added as an
02:45attachment so we can now click on send to send this email to the gmail inbox
02:51you should have received that notification to confirm the email has been sent so we can now minimize our
03:02look for the moment now let's go down to the dock go to launchpad go to another web browser
03:08google chrome click on this wait for that to load once that has loaded navigate to gmail
03:13and there we should have the email from the admin account sent to the gmail account
03:24with the email that says hello this is a test email please see the attached image
03:28kind regards from the admin click on the image
03:30and there we go so we can now quit google chrome we can now go all the way down to the dock go back to
03:40microsoft outlook we can quit outlook and so that's it for this video i'll see you guys in my next tutorial
