00:16need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop application
00:21Microsoft Outlook we can now start the tutorial before I start this tutorial I

00:57the video so now let's go around to the dock go to launchpad go to the
01:01application Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up the application
01:07wait for that to load once that has loaded what we will do is navigate to our
01:12inbox go to an email that we wish to forward right click on this email and now
01:19we can see forward as an attachment click on this this will open up a new window on
01:25screen and have that email as part of an attachment so we can then choose to
01:31compile an email which I will do hello please see the forwarded email
01:39kind regards and then insert the signature and now let's move to add a recipient we will be sending this to the computer science videos at business Gmail account
02:08double click to expand this to ensure that we are sending to the computer science
02:13videos business Gmail account that's fine let's now click on send as you can see
02:23this has not been sent to that email let's now minimize outlook for the moment now
02:28let's go the run to the dock go to launchpad go to the additional web browser
02:32google chrome click on this wait for that to load let's now navigate to our
02:37gmail account by the shortcut click on this we should now see an email sent by the
02:45admin account with afforded attachment that is an email itself click on this as you
02:55can see this has not opened up in a new window we can now close this we can now
03:03quit google chrome go all the way down to the dock quit outlook and so that's over
