Liberal Democrats voice support for youth mobility scheme

Liberal Democrats leader Sir Ed Davey has expressed his support for the possibility of a youth mobility scheme with the EU. It comes as both the chancellor and home secretary confirmed they would be open to the idea, which would allow Europeans to temporarily live and work in the UK.
