00:06Samantala, inaprobahan na rin ng NEDA ang Refuel Project na layong tugunan ang problemang involuntary hunger sa bansa.

00:19Positive si NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balisaca na maaabot ng Pilipinas ang upper middle income status ng bansa sa susunod na taon.

00:27Sinabi rin ito na para maiwasang mahulog sa tinatawag na middle income trap,

00:33kinakailangan makagawa ang Pilipinas at iba pang middle income countries ng mga estrategiya na magpapabilis sa structural transformation,

00:41ma-diversify ang kanilang mga ekonomiya at magkaroon ng technological upgrading.

00:45As our economic funds and the middle class grows, we must think how we educate, invest, build and collaborate to ensure

00:57that growth is both inclusive and sustainable.

01:02Otherwise, we risk pulling into the so-called middle income trap.

01:14para tugunan ang inequality, climate vulnerability, financing, innovation at marami pang iba.

01:25na humawak ng mas malaking papel sa usaping ekonomikal at politikal sa global stage.

01:30United in our numbers, we enjoy considerable influence in shaping global discussions

01:35and redefining the 21st century development paradigm

01:39as we become more and more agents rather than mere recipients of new generation partnerships.

01:51ang nasabing pagpupulong ay matibay na pahayag ng pagsisikap ng Pilipinas

01:55sa pagkakaroon ng multilateralism at pandaigdigang kooperasyon para sa pag-unlad.

02:01We are here also to learn, to listen, to learn from the best practices and successes of the Philippines

02:09so through soft-soft cooperation, triangular mechanisms and new innovative way of international cooperation

02:16to be able to adapt and adjust also our policies and our instruments to serve the countries and its people.

02:26We really hope that the Makati Declaration that will come out of the conference

02:31will offer concrete recommendations for advancing sustainable development in mix

02:37but also in high mix and also in developing countries.

03:06na mabigyan ng maayos na kalusugan ng mga Pilipino

03:09at bigyan ng sapat na supply ng pagkain sa pamamagitan ng mga electronic food stamps.
