00:00There are thousands and thousands of people who were eligible to be the competitors here.
00:09Why'd they choose you guys?
00:11You know, I think we're both really good candidates.
00:12We're able to, you know, lock in under pressure.
00:15And I think both of our missions are to be the healthiest we can possibly be.
00:19So on top of being the most healthy we can be, we also want to be the first professional
00:24sperm racers.
00:25And we were the ones that could take it to that level that it needs to be.
00:28Yeah, they had like kind of a scouting process.
00:32It was actually this guy who was the chairman of the Sperm Race League.
00:36But essentially they would come around, they would get, you know, notes from people on
00:39who takes health seriously, like who actually cares, who's been already doing it.
00:44Because your sperm for 70 days is made.
00:47So we needed people who are already healthy because this is the last second event.
00:50How do you guys prepare for this?
00:51So I know we spoke to the organizers who said that a lot of this has to do with biomarkers
00:56and that there are certain things that you can do to be healthier when it comes to fertility.
01:01So I'd imagine that's been part of your regimen, guys.
01:05Yeah, a lot of people don't know that you can really fix your own fertility.
01:08You can, of course, it's a lot up to genetics.
01:11That's the main component.
01:12But you can fix your diet.
01:14You can fix your lifestyle.
01:14And so what we've been doing, we tested our biomarkers, we got blood work done, and we
01:19can see what we're deficient in.
01:20And so I was deficient in vitamin D, some B12.
01:24And I can see that, like, my testosterone is way higher than Asher's.
01:27So I know I'm just going to win the right.
01:29And I can see everything that I can, you know, be better in.
01:33So I'm optimizing my diet.
01:35I'm taking the right supplements.
01:37I'm working out every day.
01:39It's also recommended to be sexually active.
01:41You know, there's, like, a window from three to five days that is optimal for sperm production.
01:47So we're taking everything very seriously.
01:49We're looking at this as being in, you know, like, getting the LeBron treatment for sperm
01:54racing.
01:55Well, so while it's true as this house drone was, while we got the blood work done temporarily
01:59higher, it might be because of the circumstances recently where we've been involved with the
02:03sperm race.
02:04And, you know, I've not been sleeping well prior to this race.
02:07In the past week or two, I have been sleeping well.
02:09I've been eating well.
02:10But for me, really, nothing much in my life changed because I have been living this lifestyle
02:14for about six years.
02:15This is basically the greatest event, sport.
02:18You know, this is, let's thrash genetics.
02:20It doesn't matter how tall you are.
02:22It doesn't matter how muscular you are from birth.
02:24This just purely is based on your diet, based on your lifestyle, based on what you're doing
02:28for yourself, right?
02:30So I think the bragging rights are bigger than any sort of basketball or football or any
02:33other giant sport competition because this involves all of it.
02:36We hear this a lot with, like, boxers where they say that it's better to not have sex
02:44for a certain period before the fight.
02:46Is the same true for this competition?
02:50So we're, I'm assuming both participating in abstinence for, the window is, like, two to seven
02:56days.
02:57That's kind of the good window there.
03:00So, yeah, that we're, you know.
03:02Abstaining.
03:03Listen, Asher and Tristan, may the best sperm win.
03:08Yeah.
03:09May the best sperm win.
