00:44Not at all, I have lovely ladies in front of me

00:47A great band in front of me

00:48And stop talking to me and talk to them

00:50Well, I just wanted to get your reaction

00:53You know, as soon as I see the girls

00:55I'm like, my girls are here

00:57We've got Mariah and Bella and Ashley and Faith from Plush

01:00It is so awesome to see your faces

01:02It's so amazing to see you

01:04Thank you so much for having us

01:06And we're so excited to be here

01:08We are so, so, so excited to have you

01:11You guys are going to be rocking the VIP experience for everybody

01:15At 4.30, we want everybody to get in

01:17It's in the Prudential Lounge

01:19It's absolutely gorgeous

01:20And this has been such a year for the band

01:25You've got this incredible EP out

01:27Called Find the Beautiful

01:29I mean, every single track is just a monster

01:33And what has it been like for you

01:35Being out on the road with Disturbed

01:37And playing in these giant arenas tomorrow

01:40Officially tomorrow

01:41Like the headlining tour is kicking off

01:43But tomorrow is your first big headlining gig

01:46What has it been like for you guys this year?

01:48It's just been incredible

01:50I feel like it's, you know

01:51We're only a few months into the year

01:53And it's just been an absolute whirlwind

01:54From going from, you know

01:55Just an amazing tour with Disturbed

01:57And falling in reverse

01:58Playing all these packed arenas

02:00And then, you know

02:01Going right into our first headline run

02:03We're all so excited to start, you know

02:05Headlining shows

02:06And especially kicking it off, you know

02:08Officially tomorrow

02:08But starting with the acoustic set today

02:10It's going to be a lot of fun

02:11Yay!

02:12Mariah, so what was it like for you?

02:14Okay, so it was so obvious

02:16When I saw you guys were going to be out

02:18With Disturbed

02:19And I'm like, oh

02:20This is going to be great

02:21Because David is going to get Mariah

02:23And they're going to sing together

02:26Because, you know

02:27At the time

02:28The song was like

02:30Headed for number one on the charts

02:32And I don't really know of anybody else

02:33That can really take on

02:34An Ann Wilson role in a song

02:36As well as you can

02:38So, how are you first approached with that?

02:42It was crazy

02:44So I

02:44David kind of reached out

02:48And was like

02:49Would you guys be interested

02:51In touring with us

02:53On the first, you know

02:54Quarter of our tour

02:56Wow

02:56And he's like

02:58But one condition

02:59You've got to sing this song with me

03:01So you knew before the tour

03:02That you were going to come out

03:07When we heard that

03:09I think we were

03:09We were actually on

03:11Tour when that happened

03:13And we were just like

03:14In the hotel room

03:20It came out of nowhere

03:22And you're so

03:23But you are such a confident person

03:26You're out there on night one

03:27I'm watching all the footage

03:29And I always feel so bad for people

03:30Because it's always like

03:31The cell phone footage

03:32And you always can make

03:33Cell phone footage look great

03:34Which not everybody can

03:35You know

03:36But everybody's like

03:36Oh my god

03:37Look at this

03:38There was such a buzz about it

03:39But you just exude such confidence

03:41But I would imagine

03:42Being up there with David Draymond

03:44Has to be just a little bit like

03:49I'm hoping everything goes well

03:51And he's such a warm

03:52Gracious person

03:52But he just has that presence about him

03:57It's very commanding

03:58And there you are

03:59So what was it like

04:00You're walking up

04:01To get ready to come out

04:02And belt out your part there

04:04Definitely intimidating

04:07That's for sure

04:07It was very like

04:08No seriously

04:09Like very intimidating

04:10And like you said

04:11He has that commanding presence

04:13About him

04:14So for sure intimidating

04:16But also I felt super honored

04:18Yeah

04:19To be you know

04:19To be able to just go up

04:20And sing a song with him

04:22Yeah

04:22And you know

04:24He learned so much too

04:25Just watching them play every day

04:29And it looked like

04:31There was so much camaraderie

04:32Because I would see you guys

04:33Hanging out with them

04:33And Dan Donegan's posting pictures

04:35And it was just really

04:35Really awesome

04:36And you could really feel

04:37The magic in that tour

04:40So Faith

04:40When we first met you

04:42At our WDHA parking lot party

04:44You were the newbie to the band

04:46You had just come in

04:47Talk about being shot

04:49Out of the cannon

04:50What has this year been like

04:52For you especially

04:53She goes like from high school

04:55To being in a band

04:57And then all of a sudden

04:57She's playing drums

04:59On the Disturb tour

05:00I mean it's crazy

05:01I know it was crazy

05:02Jumping right out of high school

05:04Graduating that summer

05:05Playing show

05:06My first show with Plush

05:07And now we just ended

05:08Our tour at Disturbed

05:09It was so amazing

05:10They were so welcoming to us

05:12And it was really

05:13A dream come true too

05:14Playing my first

05:16Plush hometown show

05:18With Disturbed

05:20At the amphitheater there as well

05:22Because it was sold out

05:23I had watched my favorite bands there

05:24Like Slipknot

05:25So that was a really special moment

05:27To me as well

05:27Playing that amphitheater

05:29Awesome, awesome

05:31And there's my superstar

05:32In the end there

05:34Ashley

05:35So also let's talk about

05:37The show tomorrow night

05:39At Debonair Music Hall

05:40Sold out

05:40I told WDHA listeners

05:42Early on

05:43And then I had people

05:43Calling me this week

05:44Like I can't get tickets

05:46I'm like I told you

05:47This is going to be

05:48A sold out show

05:49A lot of shows

05:51On the headlining tour

05:52Are sold out

05:53In advance for you guys

05:55So Ash

05:56What does that feel like

05:56To know that you're

05:57Going into a tour

05:58And a lot of these

05:59Dates are

05:59People can't get tickets

06:01It's really hard to believe

06:02Because you never know

06:03What to expect

06:04When going into

06:04Your first headline tour

06:05I mean

06:06It's our first one ever

06:07And that in itself

06:08Is like what do you expect

06:10From something like that

06:11But so just beginning

06:12The tour

06:13With a sold out show

06:14And knowing that

06:15There's more down the line

06:16Is pretty crazy

06:17And we're so grateful

06:18For the support

06:19That we're receiving

06:20On the tour

06:21And our new EP

06:21And it's just

06:22Unfathomable

06:24Yeah

06:24But you guys

06:25So deserve it

06:26You know why

06:27Because not only

06:28Are you talented

06:29Super hardworking band

06:31But you're like

06:32They're like inherently

06:34The nicest people

06:35So sweet

06:35Super sweet

06:36Yeah

06:36So I love it

06:37Because they get out

06:38On stage

06:39And they're just

06:40Killing it

06:40You know

06:41Kicking ass

06:42And taking names

06:42And then when you get

06:43To hang out with the girls

06:44They're like

06:44The sweetest girls ever

06:48With you guys

06:51They're rock and roll mom

06:53Because I feel
