00:00Welcome to this edition of the Vinyl Frontier, brought to you by Dearborn Music, with locations in Farmington and Dearborn.

00:06A sound choice for every generation of music fans.

00:09This time around, we go back to a record, which was one of the first ones I bought once I got back into vinyl five or six years ago.

00:15And also one of the first ones I had autographed by the band.

00:21This record came out in March of 2017, Emperor of Sand from Mastodon.

00:26As soon as I heard the song, Show Yourself, I'm like, I've got to get this on vinyl.

00:30And of course, I had the guy sign it.

00:32Not only does this record start out with Sultan's Curse, they also won a Grammy for it in 2018.

00:37Like I said before, Show Yourself is just an awesome song.

00:40This record is just stellar from start to finish, produced by legendary producer Brendan O'Brien.

00:45It's Mastodon's Emperor of Sand, signed by the band.
