00:00President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. appointed Attorney Rafael Kalinisan as Vice Chairperson and Executive Officer of the National Police Commission or NAPLCOM.

00:10Previously a commissioner since November 2024, he also led the QC People's Law Enforcement Board.

00:17Kalinisan holds law degrees from Ateneo and the University of Pennsylvania.

00:22The National Police Commission oversees and advises on police matters.

00:26His experience in legal and law enforcement fields makes him well-suited for the role.
