00:21Last Monday, President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. accepted the revocable resignation of former NBI Director Jaime Santiago.
00:30But during today's turnover ceremony, Santiago revealed that his resignation was not voluntary. He was forced to step down.

00:51Santiago stood firm that during his term, he remained honest and true to his leadership.
