Wacky News: An Airline Fight And A Disco Ball Dispute!

00:00Wacky news stories of the afternoon. What you got?

00:02Well, there was a 28-year-old woman who was on an American Airlines flight on Sunday.

00:07She was flying from Miami to New York, and in the middle of the flight,

00:10she was furious at the flight attendants for not grabbing the garbage off of her tray.

00:15Oh, no.

00:16So she chased them down the aisle of the plane and attacked one of the flight attendants.

00:20Well, while she was beating up the flight attendants, she yelled,

00:23cops aren't going to do anything to me, which was very wrong,

00:27because there was an off-duty NYPD officer on the plane,

00:30and he jumped in and put the woman in restraints for the rest of the flight.

00:34She was arrested when the flight landed in New York,

00:37and she's now facing charges of interfering with the flight crew.

00:40Do not mess around like that on an airplane.

00:43No, you will go to jail.

01:02There's a 59-year-old guy in Jonesboro, Arkansas,

01:06and Rodney went to another guy's house

01:09and immediately got in an argument with him.

01:12And you know what they were arguing about?

01:13What?

01:15A disco ball.

01:16Ooh.

01:17A shiny, mirrored disco ball.

01:20Now, evidently, Rodney had sold the guy the disco ball for 20 bucks.

01:25And he just couldn't stand not having it.

01:28So he said, I want to buy it back.

01:31Well, the guy I sold it to was evidently having a good time.

01:34He had the mirrored lights on there,

01:35and they were doing some disco dancing.

01:36And he said, no, I don't think so.

01:39So Rodney got a little upset and attacked the guy.

01:41He ended up getting arrested for robbery and theft charges.

01:45I'm not sure if that means he took back the disco ball

01:49because the reports don't say whether he actually got it or not.

01:54A $20 disco ball is what they're fighting over.

01:58Yeah.

01:59Gloria is saying, I will survive.
