00:00One of the things I like most about my job is that every day is different.

00:07Today, Detroit Sports 105.1 is heading downtown for the opening day broadcast of ESPN's Mike and Mike show at Ford Field.

00:14Doors open at 5am, so it's an early start.

00:17The streets are quiet as we arrive, but they will soon be filled with baseball fans buzzing with excitement.

00:23Once at the event site, we begin the day by unloading our equipment and carrying it into the building.

00:30Everything must be in place when the doors open in just a few hours.

00:35Signs are set up to represent 105.1 and help our guests find their seats.

00:40Prizes are the last item needed for the tent.

00:43As our setup winds down, the Mike and Mike fans begin to arrive.

00:48The 105.1 team welcomes each guest with a gift and directs them towards their seats.

00:53Everyone is settled in and it's time for the show to begin.

00:57During commercial breaks, our promotions team invites everyone to spin the wheel for their chance to win prizes.

01:03Excitement is in the air as Mike and Mike talk with special guests like Lions coach Jim Caldwell and Max Scherzer of the Detroit Tigers.

01:12As the show signs off, the crowd gives an appreciative cheer.

01:16It's almost time for the first pitch, but for us, it's time to get everything packed up.
