00:04Majority, yeah, majority.

00:06What are them chats like? How do you find them?

00:09Is it you that delivers the news?

00:10Yeah, it's not nice, but I go back to what we were talking about.

00:14I think there's a way to do it, and I think the more honest you can be, the better.

00:19It's pointless getting fobbed off if it's bad news.

00:24And if it's good news, there still has to be a reality with, I think, how that's delivered.

00:28Because we're not saying that we're good enough now, does that make sense?

00:32There has to be a demand that there's improvement.

00:34So, yeah, listen, it's never a good time here, but it's worse, believe me,

00:41when you've won things and done things together, and then you're giving bad news to people.

00:45You know, that's horrible.

00:47So it's never nice, but as I say, I think there's a way to do it.

00:51And try and be as honest as possible.

00:54And, yeah, just treat it with respect, because, you know, everyone thinks they've got an opinion of footballers

01:06or working in the industry, what it is.

01:07But your people, you know, parents, you've got families, it's your own career.

01:12And when you're delivering bad news, it's, yeah, I think you have to be mindful of that.

01:21I mean, assuming it's true.

01:22Do you think he's someone that deserves to be playing week in, week out for somebody with what he brings?

01:27I wouldn't say if it's true or not, simply because I think that bad, wild, you know.

01:36Oh, yeah, and all together, you know, all together.

01:39So I've done that with everyone, haven't I, whether you've mentioned, you've mentioned lots of people all the time.

01:43Are they staying, are they not staying?

01:44So I'm not going to say yes or no about any of the lads yet.

01:48That has to be done in the right way at the right time.

01:52But in terms of led, how everyone knows what I think of led on him, you know, when Ben was out as captain straight away.

01:57And I just think his personality is top, yeah, top.
