00:37So if I see good qualities in that, then that's brilliant.

00:42That's really reassuring, you know, and the lads that's going to be here next year

00:47If I'm not, then that's 100% in terms of we've got some real good lads

00:52in terms of the mentality and that we want, we have to have winners here.

00:57And that's not just in the playing group, that's everywhere around the building.

01:04with your energy and everything? Because I'm sure you feel it mentally well.

01:11so you come in and I'm not going to be asked these questions.

01:25But I think I feel that way because I want to win the games and, yeah,

01:31I don't know, it's a strange feeling.

01:37because if I see bad habits, this is when they tend to come out.

01:42You mentioned around the place just then,

01:44do you envisage any changes in that regard?

01:46Yeah, definitely everything, yeah.

01:48Everything, we've been looking at everything while we've been in here.

01:52And it's important, as I said, this will be a third season in a road pool finish,

01:58you know, do I smell an acceptance to it?

02:03Not just in the playing staff.
