00:06against the vlogger Claire Contreras, known as alias Maharlika, and former presidential spokesperson, Attorney Harry Roque.

00:15This in connection with the spread of video showing a look or lookalike of the chief executive sniffing a white powdery substance.

00:23Maharlika has been charged with cyber libel inciting to sedition and computer-related forgery.

00:30Well, Roque has been charged with inciting to sedition.

00:34According to Malacanang, they vow that all fake news peddlers will be held accountable for their actions.
