00:06bat, well, Zach Veen has all of that.
00:08But if strikeouts are going to hurt you, Joe, I'm not so certain he's available in five
00:13out of 10 leagues.
00:14What do you say?
00:15Yeah, Zach Veen, we talked about at the top of the show, the exciting prospect is going
00:19to have some old runs.
00:20He's going to have some stolen bases.
00:21So the wheels are there, but you can't steal first.
00:24So if you keep striking out, you don't get on base.
00:26That's going to be a problem.
00:26So Zach Veen is a guy that's going to be rostered probably at the end of Monday's waiver wire
00:32run, more like in the seventies, I would imagine.
00:34And that feels about right to me.
00:36You know, those more shallow leagues, people might be a little reticent to go running to
00:40the waiver wire for him, but half your games in Colorado is a good thing.
00:44He's an aggressive player.
00:45Sometimes that's the best part of Zach Veen.
00:47Sometimes that's the undoing of Zach Veen.
00:49We'll see which one he gets.
00:50My guess is he will have a good run somewhere.
00:53But my other guess is at some point, major league pitchers are going to adjust to him
00:58and he's going to struggle maybe at times to bounce back.
01:01So Veen is going to be a roller coaster.
01:03It could be a good time.
01:04So you might want to get on board.
01:05If you need some help in the outfield, maybe you catch lightning in a bottle here with him.
01:09Once again, half your games in Colorado, good matchups, good spots here.
01:13You could watch Zach Veen get out there.
01:14He's got the fun hair.
01:15He's got the fun personality.
01:17He's exciting.
01:18But again, the strikeouts can be a bit of an issue.
01:20So in points leagues where you get negatives for that, keep that in mind.
01:24Also, you know, sometimes the batting average might struggle a little bit too.
01:27But got off to a great start in AAA.
01:29That's encouraging.
01:30He's in the big leagues.
01:31He's going to bring an energy to this club that desperately needs it.
01:34Outside of Brenton Doyle and Tovar, there's not been a lot to really get excited about
01:39in Colorado.
01:39But he's not the only Rocky we're going to talk about today.
