00:03high-level prospects with high expectations once they get to the majors here. You take a look at

00:08Dowlander being caught up here for the Rockies. I'd rather call him Doolander at this point until

00:12he proves himself up here, but also you say, you know what, I'm going to get my major league

00:16baseball debut. I play for the Rockies. Can we at least do it in San Francisco, LA, San Diego,

00:21some pitchers ballparks, superstar treatment here in a not superstar pitching environment.

00:27What are you thinking about today's major league baseball debut for this young gun?

00:31Debut for him, 169 strikeouts and 118 innings pitched in the minors last year between high

00:38A and double A. Not a huge sample size, did not spend a whole lot of time as our producers were

00:43telling us he won the national championship last year in college with Tennessee. Immediately goes

00:48to the minors, is great in the minors, hit 33% strikeout rate last year. We have to see if that

00:53continues. I want to say it's an okay landing spot. He's playing the athletics, a lot of

00:57strikeouts in the lineup. It is at home at course fields. Obviously there's a bit of danger there.

01:01You would like to see him make a debut on the road just to ease him into things, but I am

01:06cautiously optimistic.
