Jessica Simpson was seen hanging out recently with none other than her hubby Eric Johnson amid their split and rumors they're getting a divorce, TMZ has learned.

00:07You know, of course, that she and Eric, she announced last month that she and Eric have been actually living separately for quite some time.

00:14They have not filed for divorce yet, but they are clearly separated.

00:17Yet they were in Carlsbad together this weekend.

00:21Now, this would have been, I think, a bigger deal if it was just the two of them.

00:25But their kids were there with them.

00:27They have three kids, and obviously they're still co-parenting.

00:31And it seems like there were other family members in town, maybe Eric's parents.

00:35When we first saw these photos, I was kind of shocked just because, obviously, they announced the separation.

00:40And then, you know, Jessica's been releasing all this new music.

00:43And a lot of it, people or fans are saying that insinuates that, you know, Eric possibly cheated on her.

00:48But to that point, I guess you guys are right that they do have kids together.

00:52They're clearly co-parenting.

00:53And the witness that we spoke to who actually took these photos said they did seem kind of distant.

00:59Kids were between them, not showing PDA.
