00:21but also the so-called nano-enterprise.

00:27government agencies are helping to ensure that those in the marginalized sector

00:33will receive the necessary support.

00:35In fact, the government will continue to open opportunities

00:39to our fellow Filipinos who benefit from 4Ps and AICs

00:43for the continued improvement of their livelihoods.

00:50Support is also being given to equipment and training.

00:55Even if they are given a little money,
