Authorities have arrested Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy after he went viral on social media for harassing Filipinos in Bonifacio Global City.
The 33-year-old vlogger is facing a series of complaints over videos of him harassing security guards and stealing an industrial fan from a restaurant while livestreaming inside a mall in Taguig City on Monday morning, March 31.
