01:10There was also another case in Moraan, where while serving as an instructor,

01:17he was allowed to kiss the security guard,

01:20just to embarrass himself.

01:23Those are some of the charges that I was told.

01:29Okay, but in his video, he wasn't the only one there.

01:37I think the camera is out of focus.

01:43At the expense of others,

01:45at the expense of Filipinos,

01:47at the expense of everyone's dignity,

01:49he was caught.
