CIDG arrests Russian YouTuber for 'harassing' Pinoys for content

Operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) arrested at noon on Wednesday, April 2, a Russian-American internet content creator who was accused of harassing Filipinos at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City.
