00:45The oyster farm in Barangay Concepcion, Cabasalan, was established through DOST funding, but fisherfolk here are now taking a step further, turning oysters into a valuable product, oyster sauce.
00:58Through the Talaba Phase 2 project, DOST provided over P900,000 worth of food-grade processing equipment and packaging materials to the Kapunungan sa Gagmayang Mangingisda sa Concepcion.

01:16To equip fisherfolk with proper skills, DOST in partnership with the LGU Cabasalan and the DOST Industrial Technology Development Institute conducted hands-on training on oyster sauce production.
