00:17So let me tell you that Honda has launched the Activa E at a price of Rs. 1.17 lakh ex-showroom
00:24and Honda has high expectations from this electric scooter in India and in this video
00:29as I mentioned we are gonna tell you top 5 things that you should know about this electric
00:34scooter.
00:35Now first of all is the design.
00:37So the Honda Activa E is designed with simplicity and elegance featuring LED headlight, LED
00:44DRL and a handlebar cowl.
00:47Silver accents and subtle creases enhances the side panels with flush fitting pillion
00:52footrest adds a little more sophistication to the design of the scooter.
00:57Now the Activa E is available in 5 colour options.
01:01The options are Pearl Shallow Blue, Pearl Serenity Blue, Pearl Misty White, Matte Foggy
01:07Silver Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black and the Activa E also gets a well executed tail section
01:15with an LED tail light featuring a dark smoke effect.
01:19Now if we talk about the advanced features of the Activa E, the top spec variant of the
01:24Activa E includes a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity for incoming call alerts and
01:30navigation assistance.
01:32Although the display offers a clear layout, it does not support touch functionality.
01:38Users can navigate the settings using the toggle switch that is located on the left
01:42side of the handlebar.
01:44Now if we talk about the powertrain, the Honda Activa E is powered by a swing arm mounted
01:50motor that delivers up to 6 kilowatt hours of peak power output.
01:55This allows the scooter to accelerate from 0 to 60 in just 7.3 seconds.
02:00It offers three riding modes that is Eco, Standard and Sport and with a maximum speed
02:05of 80 kilometers an hour.
02:08Next is the swappable battery system and the range details.
02:12The Activa E utilizes two 1.5 kilowatt hour swappable batteries providing a total capacity
02:18of 3 kilowatt hour.
02:20Honda claims that these batteries offer a range of around 102 kilometers per charge
02:25and unlike the competition such as the Vida V1, these batteries cannot be charged at home.
02:31Instead, riders must use Honda's battery swapping stations to get a fully charged replacement.
02:38Currently, Honda has established 84 swapping stations in Bangalore and plans to expand
02:43it in Mumbai and Delhi.
02:45The availability of these stations may impact purchasing decisions as riders need to consider
02:50the scooter's range and station accessibility when planning their routes.
02:56Now let me tell you the variant and pricing.
02:59The Honda Activa E is available in two variants that is Standard and the Rohtsing.
03:04The Rohtsing variant is priced at rupees 1.52 lakhs that is the top of the line variant
03:09and the Standard variant is priced at rupees 1.17 lakh ex-showroom.
03:13Again both these prices are ex-showroom and bookings are currently open at the Honda dealership
03:19nationwide and deliveries have already begun in the Honda showrooms.
03:24So yeah guys this was the all-new Honda Activa E. Let me tell you the pricing once again
03:29it starts at rupees 1.17 lakh for the base variant and the top of the line variant costs
03:34around 1.52 lakh ex-showroom.
