Student killed as car and 4WD collide in Besut

A secondary school pupil has been killed and two others seriously injured when the car they were in collided with a four-wheel drive vehicle on Jalan Bukit Jeruk-Benting Lintang near Kampung Bukit Jeruk.   Besut police chief Supt Azamuddin Ahmad @ Abu said police received a report about the accident at 1.10 pm on Monday (March 31) involving the male victim, Muhammad Nazriel Nu'man Mat Nawi, 17, who died at the scene. 00:43for post-mortem.

00:45The case is being investigated under the Road Transport Act for causing death by reckless

00:50or dangerous driving.
