00:12Epifania Kamingawan, who marked her 100th birthday on February 6, 2025,

00:18is living proof of a life well-lived. Born and raised in Tuboryan, Cebu,

00:22Epifania shared the secret to longevity, which lies in a simple yet nutritious diet,

00:28moringa, and fish. Her tips for longer life for the young people are to develop basic habits for

00:45good health, such as avoiding alcoholic drinks, cigarettes, and eating natural food while limiting

00:51meat consumption. Epifania is the only centenarian beneficiary who received a P100,000 cash gift

01:07under Republic Act 11982 for the Expanded Centenarians Act from the National Commission

01:12of Senior Citizens during the inaugural cash gift distribution in Tuboryan, Cebu.
