00:08Austria was the top country in Europe for women's health, ranking third on a global index.
00:14Finland, Denmark and Germany also took places in the top 10 of the world's best country for
00:20women's health. This is the fourth year that the company Ologic has published the Women's
00:25Health Index, a survey conducted among 146,000 participants from 142 countries and territories.
00:35Women's health in Italy ranked 5 points lower than in the first year of the survey,
00:40while Poland increased by 8 points. Women's satisfaction with the quality of care decreased
00:46in 12 EU countries, with Greece having the worst score at 32%. This is followed by Poland at 45%.
00:54There was also an increase in 7 EU countries of women experiencing physical pain.
01:01Finland was the only member state that saw a drop in year 4 at 24% compared to 33% in the year earlier.
01:10Germany, Greece and the Netherlands saw an increase in women facing health problems.
01:16However, there was a rise in the number of women being tested for cancer in Belgium,
01:20Hungary and Lithuania. Women in Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia and Lithuania
01:25also thought their area provided higher quality care during pregnancy.
