00:39Good community spirit, you know you've got lovely beaches up here, but it's just nice

00:45Quality of life I think and you're close enough to get the the train over the water or the bus

00:50South Liverpool, I mean, I think it's a fantastic place to live lots of green waters

00:54Also parts of Thornby as well, Threshfield, it's lovely
