00:06to the International Criminal Court or ICC due to crimes against humanity case is a violation

00:13of the constitution and the country's sovereignty. The palace maintained that

00:17the arrest of the former chief executive was legal and that the Marcos administration did

00:23not surrender the sovereignty of the Philippines by turning over the custody of former president

00:29to the ICC. Palace officer under secretary Claire Castro on the other hand asked as to who really

00:37gave up part of the rights of the nation. Meanwhile the palace official said that the

00:44Senator de la Rosa would not be a good model if he actually decides to hide once the ICC

00:51issues an arrest warrant against him.
