00:10justice system, while Representative Raul Manuel Ocabatan Partilis called it long overdue and

00:16criticized Duterte's war on drugs, while Representative Percy Sandana of Akbayan Partilis

00:21emphasized that Duterte must now face justice. For her part, Representative Geraldine Roman

00:26credited the House Quad Committee hearings for aiding the ICC's investigation leading

00:31to the arrest. She also urged the Philippines to rejoin the ICC.
