00:00In the meantime, Department of Transportation or DOTR Secretary Vince Dizon urged the NLEX

00:05management to waive toll fees in areas affected by traffic due to damage at the Marilao Interchange

00:16The DOTR chief ordered the repairs to be completed within a week, although NLEX estimates it
