00:23First of all, fellow countrymen, Japan International Cooperation Agency, or JAICA, has assured continuous support to the Philippines in the implementation of an important project for co-ordination.
00:36Recently, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., the chief representative of JAICA in the Philippines, Sakamoto Takhema, issued a farewell call to his people.
00:48Sakamoto has completed his three-year term in the Philippines, so he needs to return to Japan.
00:55He personally conveyed his thanks to President Marcos, Jr. for the strong collaboration between JAICA and the government of the Philippines,
01:03where it also gave the achievements for various sectors, particularly for public welfare.
01:11The country was officially recognized because of their partnership, and JAICA's commitment to the development of the Philippines was also recognized.
01:20Sakamoto also considered his warm welcome to the country within the past three years,
01:26and his promise to return to Japan will be followed by the companies in Japan that will head to the Philippines.
01:32The former JAICA chief is confident that the relationship between JAICA and the Philippines will continue to grow and strengthen.
01:39Meanwhile, President Marcos, Jr. continues to strengthen the relationship between the Philippines and Japan.
01:45In the historic courtesy call of JAICA President Dr. Tanaka and Hiko yesterday,
01:50the President praised the important role of JAICA as a solid ally of the country,
