00:21The construction of the Velodrome began last year under the leadership of Philippine Olympic Committee President and Phil Cycling Chief Abraham Bambol-Tolentino, in collaboration with the local governments of Quezon City and Tagaytay City.
00:35Once opened, the track cycling facility will become the first Indoor Velodrome in the country.
