00:20He just was, he was so balanced and so pretty and correct and he just floated.

00:26It was easy for him, always.

00:29When Tip Top Thomas came in, we'd reportedly been training very well in Ocala and he's

00:34a very straightforward, professional baby, caught on quickly at the gate.

00:39His initial breezes were very good.

00:41We kept him at Belmont until he had his final work here at Saratoga from the gate and we

00:46liked the way he did that.

00:47He broke sharply and so we felt like, you know, he was the kind that would run well

00:51in his debut and, you know, had good natural speed and so I was happy to see him.

00:57He broke alertly, put himself in a good position and fractions were pretty quick early on but

01:03he seemed like he was doing it well in hand and then put forth a good, determined finish

01:08and was kind of battling horses on each side of him and just did everything you'd hope

01:14to see one do in a debut.

01:16Here is the line, Tip Top Thomas.

01:20You always expect the Traverse Dave Maiden to potentially be, you know, one that could

01:25have a rising star in it, so that turned out to be the case this year and fortunately

01:30it was with him.

01:32I like the way he finished.

01:33I like the way he galloped out, so I would think, you know, possibly a race like the

01:37Champagne at a one-turn mile might suit him well.

01:40I think Volatil is looking like he's off to a great start.

01:44You know, what I'm optimistic about with our colt is I think he'll handle a route of grounds.

01:50We've only got a couple.

01:51That's the first one that we've run, but it looks like he's off to a very good start.

01:56The Volatiles are very good to deal with.

01:59They're very easy to be around.
