Drought-stricken SA farmers take calls for help to steps of Parliament House

SA farmers joined the opposition on the steps of Parliament House in Adelaide to petition the government for more drought support. It follows an emergency management council meeting held on Wednesday morning which focused on the dry conditions. The state government says it is exploring what other support it can provide farmers, and it stands ready to act.
