Putin Mulls Ukraine Ceasefire Deal but Seeks Concessions

Days after Ukraine agreed to a U.S.-brokered ceasefire plan, Russian President Vladimir Putin has given his tentative support for the idea but appears to have many conditions that would need to be met.

01:22Some fearing that Putin will use any ceasefire to regroup Russian forces before attacking
