00:00There are no middlemen or fixers in obtaining travel clearance for minors who wish to travel abroad.

00:07Travel clearance is issued by the DSWD for children under 18 years old who wish to travel abroad without their parents.

00:19According to DSWD Assistant Secretary Ad Colico, through the Minors Traveling Abroad or MTA online system,

00:28a child under the age of 18 can obtain travel clearance.

00:31The MTA will only accept a QR code or a notarized documentary to ensure that the document is legal.

00:38The maximum processing time for this is only three days.
