00:00And we are back for El Coast to Coast, here on A Wednesday, and yes, that's right, you know what it is.

00:06It's a golf Wednesday on C2C as we get ready for what everybody always likes to refer to as the fifth major.

00:15The Players' Championship. TPC Sawgrass, $25 million. Largest purse of the entire year, right here at Ponte Vedra Beach.

00:26And Cam Stewart is with us every week for the preview, the pitch, the first round leader, Bob.

00:31We even got some props today. We'll go an extra one because it is the fifth major and everybody wants to get involved.

00:38Cam, great to see you as always. And man, we always like to quickly recap last week.

00:44I don't really want to because Russell Don't Call Me Don Henley decided to finally show up and win a tournament at the end when he never does.

00:51So that was kind of disheartening for us.

00:53Yeah, the week before I had him too, Carver. Why not? Just add it to the script.

00:58But there was a lot of positives. Wyndham Clark, first round leader. That paid for the tournament and then some.

01:03And the top 10s and 20s were good. It's just these outrights are killing us.

01:06But hey, let's do it this week. We got to hit a bomb eventually.

01:09But God, I hate that when the guy wins the following week.

01:12I was very upset, Cam. Very upset that I didn't. I had Wyndham Clark to win the whole thing.

01:19I didn't play him for first round leader like you did. That was a big mistake by me and ended up burning me in the end.

01:25All right. We know the deal here, Cam. This is what we like to call a very.

01:29I think the word is volatile tournament. You know, we're here every year.

01:33It's always the same course, but there's always some different things that are going on on it, whether it's weather different way.

01:41We've got this dopey stat out there about seven, 14 of the last 17 winners were in the A.M.

01:46P.M. There's all sorts of things here. And if you look, Cam, course history, you know, it's something we always want to look at.

01:53But, man, it is off the wall for a lot of guys, even some of the best players.

01:57We've got top five and 10 finishes and mixed missed cuts mixed in as well along with those.

02:03So a very, very tough tournament to cap. You're telling me, Carver.

02:07And another thing, too, is I think it's going to be mild for the first couple of days.

02:10Then wins are expected to pick up over the weekend. That can change everything.

02:14But like most tournaments with good fields, live betting opportunities will present themselves.

02:19I think a lot of that. But, you know, who's going to be there?

02:21Scheffler or the rest of the crew. There's a couple of guys under the radar, though.

02:25And we'll talk about them getting good numbers because the field is so good.

02:30Let's look first, Cam, at the chalk at the top and you know who it is.

02:34It's Scottie Scheffler sitting there at four to one right now.

02:37Rory at 11. I've got him at this moment. Morikawa, who, of course, finished second last week.

02:42Ludwig Oberg, JT, Xander Schauffele moving down the board. Didn't look very sharp a week ago.

02:48There's Tommy Fleetwood, Hideki Matsuyama, et cetera, et cetera.

02:52Scottie going for the hat trick. God, Cam, just let it be anybody but him.

02:57I hope he putts like he did last week at Bay Hill, if that's possible.

03:00Can he putt like last week?

03:02He's not sharp, Carver, but he's still having good results.

03:05The thing is, like, that's the whole thing. If he doesn't stay sharp, he's not going to win this tournament.

03:09He'll probably be there top five, top ten, but just not enough to get the job done against the best in the world.

03:14So I'm not taking him either. You know, I got him for top five bet plus money, whatever.

03:19But I'm going to tell you, I don't like the price on him outright.

03:22And that's the whole thing about Scheffler.

03:24If he's down, you can get him live at the same price of the start of the tournament if you have to get out on him.

03:29Yeah, he's one guy that you definitely don't have to reach for before things get going.

03:34That's for sure. All right, let's get into it, Cam.

03:36We will start with the outrights as always.

03:40And, you know, I try to change some things up this week.

03:43I've been in a little bit of a cold run. You maybe don't want to do that.

03:46But I do also have some guys that I've been hanging on with for sure.

03:51One of those is Justin Thomas. He's been good to me in the past.

03:54Now, that was the number this morning, Cam. I know some people got some better numbers on JT.

03:59I'd even maybe wait this out a little bit till tonight because I've seen some places.

04:04They're not in New York. Pop up some 25s and some 26 to 1s on JT.

04:09So make sure you do your shopping there. I like the way he's playing.

04:13I know that there's been some problems on the greens, but I'm going to try to deal with that with him at a place that he's had some good history.

04:19Hideki Matsuyama, always rolling the dice that he's going to grab the back on Friday and screw you.

04:25But 33 to 1 for a guy with iron play like his.

04:28And we know how he shows up. He's very sneaky at big tournaments like this.

04:32I will take Hideki at that number. Irish Bear in Florida.

04:35Hey, it is what it is, Cam. I'm not getting off in Florida.

04:39He's with me until Florida ends at the minimum, and I doubt he's playing the Valspar next week.

04:43So I'm in for Shane Lowry one more time around at 45 to 1.

04:47Michael Kim is becoming a very trendy pick. I got him early in the week at 90.

04:53I've seen him now down to 65 or 70, Cam, is where he's sitting at this moment.

04:57But this guy's on fire right now, and I'm going to take a shot with him.

05:01That was one of my first clicks on Sunday night was Michael Kim.

05:04And Nick the Dentist Taylor, 120 to 1, Cam, for a guy who's been playing pretty well this year

05:11and has the type of short game, mid to short range that you need at TPC Sawgrass.

05:17I'll take a shot with Nick at $1.20.

05:19The thing about Nick Taylor, too, that people, when he's there, he can win.

05:22He's not one of these guys that's going to back up on you.

05:24You know what, Carver? We're reading each other's mail, and let's do this together as a team.

05:28OK, Thomas, I got 28 on a boost. You're right. He's been knocked down to 22.

05:32I'm on him at that price. I put tons on him.

05:34Hideki Matsuyama, I'm with you again. I think this is a perfect track for him.

05:38He has unfinished business here, too, in the COVID year when they canceled the tournament.

05:42Tommy Fleetwood, this is catching a falling knife. I don't care.

05:45Fleetwood checks all the boxes, 30 to 1. Eventually, he's going to break through.

05:49Burger Time, 65 to 1, playing better and better and better off the injury.

05:53Wyndham Clark, you want to give me 70 to 1 on this guy who comes second?

05:56Yeah, I'll take it. And, Carver, my rookie bomb, Max Gracerman, kind of slipped away a little bit last week.

06:03Started off really well, almost was the first-round leader, 125 to 1. I'm going to take a shot.

06:08Going to take a shot with him as well. All right, placements for me, Cam. Here we go.

06:13I'm going to go with Ludwig Oberg, top 5 at plus 320.

06:18Rory, top 10 at plus 105.

06:21Now, Seth Strocka is by far the most popular guy on Golf Internet this week, where his number's good.

06:27I'm just going to go with top 10 with him at plus 360.

06:30Spieth at top 20. He's not happy at 2 to 1.

06:32Harmon finished second here last year, top 20 at plus 270.

06:35The Gim Reaper with great numbers here, top 20 at plus 280.

06:39And Joel Damon playing well, top 20, at plus 410, Cam, is where I'll go for the placements.

06:45Now, we have another with Cam, so don't worry. You're going to get the rest.

06:49When we come back, Cam's placements, the first-round leader bombs for both of us,
