00:18There was no kidnapping in the arrest and deportation of former President Rodrigo Duterte to the Netherlands.

00:25That is the answer of Malacanang in the claim of Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:30It seems that the state kidnapping happened to his father.

00:33He was sent to The Hague to face the case of Crimes Against Humanity

00:38which was filed by the International Criminal Court.

00:41It is related to the bloody fight against the drug of Duterte

00:44while he was sitting as a former president.

00:51The palace said that the kidnapping was forced by the lack of authority.

00:56So how can there be a kidnapping if Duterte has a warrant of arrest in the ICC?

01:29Malacanang assured that the ex-president went through the standard operating procedure.

01:34He avoided being exposed to the condition of Duterte.

01:41He has a lawyer with him, as well as security personnel and a nurse to check his condition.

01:47Malacanang argued that Duterte's arrest was a result of the rejection of the ICC's notice.

01:55They were given one year to act on the alleged complaints.

02:03If something went wrong, and they were told that they were not given due process,

02:08they were the ones who turned their back on their right to be heard by the prosecutor.

02:15Despite the expected confrontation with the ICC,

02:18the palace assured that Duterte's war on drugs victim could still file a complaint.
