00:08or the ICC regarding the possible arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte, who was involved in the war on drugs.

00:15Palace Press Officer and PCO Undersecretary Claire Castro confirmed that they will take action on the arrest,

00:22just like the police did to the former president, if there is one.

00:26Bartes was arrested by the former President Duterte, Interpol and PNP officials,

00:30including in the case of Crimes Against Humanity.

00:33Castro explained that this kind of action is only normal under the law of the Philippines.
