Liverpool apply pressure to Manchester United in search of 20th English title

00:00In terms of the Premier League, it looks like it's heading to Anfield. There's obviously

00:13the overriding factor now that Manchester United are starting to get involved due to

00:17the titles won and Liverpool would be going towards that 20th English title. I mean, that's

00:23a massive feat and surely Jürgen Klopp was probably looking at that and wanting to maybe

00:31equal that record. You know, you Manchester United fans, that rivalry, it's so clear that

00:36those 20 titles is huge for them. And then you look at next season as well, Liverpool

00:42are clearly probably going to be favourites to develop the side due to the fact that Arnie

00:47Schlott hasn't actually made any major signings and he's got more time with this group of

00:51players. What's your sort of thoughts on that and the situation regarding that elusive

00:5720th title that has sort of, you know, gone away from them for so long?

01:05It's good for Bragg, I'm right, isn't it? In terms of the Pearl Man United, I mean, when

01:10they've won the title in, what, 1990, I don't think anyone would have expected the power

01:17to shift so much in terms of Man United's favour. But that was the case, they had such

01:22an incredible era under Sir Alex Ferguson and Liverpool. Jettison, they struggled to

01:29get it back, they went close a couple of times, but you never really felt like they were going

01:33to win it. Maybe that 2013-14, when Suarez basically led a one-man crusade to almost

01:42win the title. But, you know, going into next season, you say, Liverpool don't think

01:49they'll be favourites, I think Man City probably won't be backing them again. But you'd certainly

01:55be a very brave person if you expect Man United to win their next Premier League title ahead

02:03of Liverpool, because as you said, Liverpool have got a lot going for them. And Man United,

02:10look, I've seen the interview Jim Ratcliffe's given to numerous media outlets, just conveying

02:18how dire the situation is there. And yeah, I think Ruben Amond's got a big task on his

02:25hands and Liverpool fans will be hoping they can streak clear.
