00:06You and I talk about this sometimes and you say, I know nothing. I can't say anything,

00:10but I got to ask you. I talk about the free food at halftime.

00:15What's going on with the sale? Are you hearing anything?

00:20There's a sale process going on from what I understand. I think they are narrowing it down

00:23and I think in the next month or two, you'll hear news about that.

00:27And you expect to be a part of things going forward?

00:29I expect that whoever is the primary owner will need help and I hope to be a helpful part of

00:36that team. Court sides are secure.

00:46How difficult is it to begin the process of finding a basketball-only Celtics home?

00:52I know you have a great relation with the Bruins, nothing about that, but

00:55obviously having your own real estate would dramatically increase the value

01:00of the organization. Is that something that is just impossible?

01:03How could that happen and do you think it's possible?

01:07It could happen, certainly, but we're talking about a dense city that's been around 300 or

01:12400 years and grown out of itself. Where you'd want to be is pretty congested to begin with.

01:20The truth is, it would be pretty hard. You'd have to thread the needle.

01:24When it comes to finding a new owner, I always talk about this and I think we're pretty split

01:28on the show, where I want it to be homegrown, somebody that really cares about this team and

01:33it's not just something to add to their portfolio. Do you feel like that is the overall consensus,

01:40that it's somebody that wants to make sure that the Celtics way continues the way it's

01:44been for so long, that we're not going to see a change in the look of the team?

01:50I think that based on the current successes, any next generation owner is highly unlikely

01:58to change anything. It feels to me like WIC and team have done a wonderful job giving Brad

02:05and team authority, giving Coach Mazzulla and team authority to execute at the highest levels.
