00:00I don't know why I'm so chipper. The Miami heat are five games under 500. They once again
00:05coughed up a fourth quarter to the Chicago bulls. And I mean, it was so pathetic. They
00:15are so pathetic. I don't even like, I'm not even like Matt. I really genuinely was Marcos.
00:21I know a lot of people, you, you, you reached out to me this weekend because you were concerned
00:26for me. Oh yeah. And I honestly, I was much more hurt about the Friday loss to the Timberwolves.
00:33I thought the heat played pretty well. Um, they had an unfortunate loss that they kind
00:39of got back into it. It does feel like they kind of got screwed at the end with bam. Uh,
00:44although they did get a break because they even got that possession was a mistake.
00:48Might've been a make good call. I don't know for the wolves, but the, the bulls, I can
00:54only just sit back and howl with laughter. Like you're getting outscored 36 to 20 by
00:59a team that like traded all of its players. Like, I don't, I just don't even know what
01:05to get mad at anymore. Well, you know, it's just, it is what it is. This season is a season
01:10of suck. And Spo just keeps coming back and he's like, Hey, positive things are happening.
01:16And I'm just like, dude, you are respectfully Spo delusional. If you think this thing is
01:25turning around, I know he's a maniac and I know that he has used that line of plenty.
01:33Dude, there's no help in this team. There's no help in this team. Like it is what it is.
01:41This year is a sunk cost. They are the worst fourth quarter team ever, ever. And, and just
01:53like the numbers of them in the fourth quarter are so embarrassing. And this past one, it's
02:00like, well, how did they lose? All right. Well, Kalel where three quarters, he has 12
02:07rebounds, two blocks. Spo plays him zero minutes. Now maybe there was a numbers or
02:11a minister's picture because of the knee. So I'll give you a little bit of a passy pass
02:14there. Spo, but I got to ask you, dude, Tyler hero, my guy, boy wonder, are you like, are
02:27you going to get like any better at staying in front of anybody? The bulls dude, it was
02:33willy nilly to the rim, which is why you need color in there. I look, I'm with you.
02:41I'm with you. And Spo took the blame because he was like, I was bad with the, with the
02:45minutes restrictions today. So maybe he, he played Kalel to the point where he wasn't
02:50available anymore. So here's, here's the other deal. Okay. And, and here's what is happening.
03:00They take bam, get him out on the wing, either with a pick and roll or just have the guy.
03:07He's usually garden. Most bigs now can shoot three. So bam's got to go out there, right?
03:13Then they let the guards go crazy on our guards. Yup. But that's why you need Chloe in there
03:22or somebody else other than bam, because it's easy to remove bam from the paint with
03:30some kind of offensive set. And when Kalel is in the game with bam, Kalel can guard the
03:40paint and is a deterrent when he's not, there's nobody else that can do that. So I don't care
03:50what they say. When you watch the games, the games, which they are best defensively
03:58is when Kalel is in the paint as a deterrent. He doesn't have to block every shot, but he
04:04creates a lot of misery for guys going in to do those damn layups. And without Kalel
04:15and bam, they just work offensive set where bam is in the paint. Where's Tyler? Where's
04:22Tyler? Turnstile. Well, listen, let's not act like we didn't know this. Oh, I know.
04:32We know. Right. And, and, and, and listen, you can have, for example, spider isn't known
04:39as a great defensive player, but who does he have sitting in the paint? He's got Bobley.
04:45He got Jared Allen, right? Part of the problem. Why the Knicks have a problem is because their
04:51deterrent is standing on a three point line and cat. So like to sit here and act like
05:01we don't see what's happening in every game. And we have said for the last month, why isn't
05:09Kalel in, in the fourth quarter? And guess what? Their worst quarter is fourth, right?
05:15He gets no minutes or very little minutes and smoke tries to match up. You can't match
05:22up a SWAT fest. Here's some of the numbers and we're going to hear some comments from
05:26Spoh who may be losing his mind. Uh, this is from Anthony Chang Miami Herald. The heat
05:33has now wasted the fourth quarter lead in seven of its last eight losses and a total
05:37of 14 losses this season. The heat has blown a double digit lead in 16 losses this season,
05:42which is the second most collapses in the NBA, only behind the Utah jazz. We have 17.
05:49Not only is the heat just 20, uh, 12 and 20 since January 2nd, but it has been outscored
05:55by an NBA worse, 14.5 points per possession in the fourth quarter. During that span 12
06:01of the heat, 16 blown double digit leads and 11 of its 14 fourth quarter blown leads have
06:08come during this stretch. The heat is also 13 and 20 in clutch games. That is a game
06:15of a margin of five points or fewer inside the final five minutes in the fourth quarter.
06:20This season after recording a record of 77 and 57 over the previous three seasons, this
06:29is a stat from Ethan Skolnick. Tyler hero and Trey young are tied with the most clutch
06:35field goal attempts in the NBA with 95 of the 25, uh, of the 25 players with the most
06:41clutch point attempts. Hero has the lowest scoring percentage at 28.4. He had an awful
06:46possession in this game where he came down willy nilly, the heat up three and decided
06:51pull up three and got blocked by Josh, got blocked by just getting turned into a three.
07:00So, and that was the night after there was a back-to-back you got smacked in the face,
07:05uh, back-to-back nights because the night before that you had the lead against the Minnesota
07:11Timberwolves and that was getting, that didn't have color where didn't have Andrew Wiggins.
07:17So they got all their reinforcements for the bowls game and they lose that one. Bam was
07:24furious after the game to the point where he got fined $50,000 by the NBA for confronting
07:30an official ridiculous, ridiculous fine on Bam on a bio, but also because he didn't do
07:39the SPO, which is to precursor with a NBA do not find me, which is Eric's bolsters masterpiece.
07:49So let's hear a little bit from Eric's bolster. After this game, this was after the wolves
07:54game where he threatened the league by telling them not to find him and bam was fouled.
08:00All right, look, I'm going to say this, um, you know, because we had our, our chances
08:07enough of our chances. Um, uh, and then there was a wild sequence of, of events, um, did
08:15a great job on our denials down, down the stretch. Uh, um, those last few inbounds force
08:20that turnover, uh, there at the end. Uh, and this is what I'll say. Um, so last baseline
08:26out of bounds, we did not execute and get what we wanted to. With that said, Bam got
08:31fouled. I'm not trying to get fouled league. Don't find me. I'm not doing histrionics up
08:37here. I'm fully, uh, in control at any point during the game. That's a foul. Did he mean
08:44to foul? No. Is that what we wanted? No, but I will tell you this Bam out of bio got fouled
08:50on that. He got clipped. Uh, and if that's in the first quarter, that's, that's a foul.
08:57What does that mean? That I I'm in control. Yeah. Is that, let me break it down for you.
09:06I'm not a loose cannon up here. Here's what he was trying to say. I'm not making my next
09:13comments out of anger. I'm basically merely stating facts. How does he get away with that
09:20every year? I don't know. He gets away with it necessarily. Well, because here's the problem.
09:25Here's the problem I have with this whole situation. Can you find him if it was a file?
09:33They find him for confrontation, but I'm just saying if you blew the call because,
09:39well, they said they didn't blow the call. The two minute report said they didn't blow the call.
09:42Really? Yep. Wow. All right. I mean, wait, you know what? That's like me and you doing radio
09:53and Lynn coming in and say, did you guys swear? No, I didn't. I didn't.
10:00Did you guys swear? No, we go. We reviewed it. No swear. Right. If we did say that,
10:07he'd be like, great. Goodbye. Me. Right. You, you can't review your own work.
10:15I don't know. Is an official going to say about another official?
10:20We'll hear more from Spell because yeah, he is losing his mind, but I always love when he gets
10:26we all do not find me. He has done this. And then like the one that was the coup de gras
10:32was when he looked at the camera, double fingers and goes, you're not even going to think about
10:37giving me a fine. He can do that. He never was fined. You're not going to even think about giving
10:45me a fine. Needs to be studied. How does he do this? He didn't get fined. Pam got fined.
10:52Do you think like, don't you have to understand the person you're dealing with?
10:58If bam, is that hot about something? Something's up. Well, that's the thing is bam. Didn't even
11:05get fined for criticizing the officials. Like after the game, bam said, the thing that really
11:09annoys me is that he wouldn't even talk to me, turned his back to me and he wouldn't talk to me
11:14after the game. I waited till after the game. I don't wind during the games and the guy wouldn't
11:19talk to him. And you could see his aunt was coming. Like it was really cool. It was coming
11:25up to dab a bam and, and say, what's up to bam out of bio after the game. And bam was in the
11:30middle of this conversation with the official. The official was like trying to turn away. He's
11:32not going to talk to him. And so bam wasn't even filed for, he wasn't even fine for complaining
11:38publicly to the media. He was fine for confronting the official.
11:42It is the only job in all of sports where there is no accountability. Being an official,
11:55we've seen over the, over the years, it's been documented in every sport.
12:02In every sport, some of the most egregious calls are not non-calls
12:11and those, and, and, and, and those officials are not held accountable,
12:17but they are quick to find bam 50,000. Yep. And, and so I understand like you have to protect the
12:27officials. Okay. But nobody gets protected for me and bad at your job. Nobody does.
12:35Do you think when Spo learns that bam was fine, 50,000, he goes, you just didn't tell him not to
12:40find you. That's what I do. Why didn't you just say that you were in control? And these are not
12:43history because again, and, and, and they try to find creative ways of getting away with it
12:51because they said they didn't find him from questioning the official. They find him
13:00for the confrontation. There wouldn't have been a confrontation. If let me tell you something,
13:07you get, you have a problem with somebody, anybody in or on, on the planet. It could be
13:13your lawn guy. It could be somebody at the grocery store. It could be somebody in the street, right?
13:21What happens to you when that guy turns his back and won't even acknowledge you,
13:29you get infuriated. So you should find the official for inciting a riot,
13:37but think about it. Think about it. If the guy has a two minute conversation with bam
13:46and he says, dude, that's what I saw. Okay. And bam's like, come on, man, or whatever. All right.
13:55They have the conversation. It's over. Right. Ant-man comes up and they dap it out and go home.
14:01That's what happens. But when the official turns his back, it's almost like he acknowledges he
14:11was even screwed up. Yeah. It's like you want to do, it's like you're a child. You want to
14:16put earmuffs on. You don't want to hear exactly. So while you, while you getting on the player,
14:25I would take that situation and put it in anybody's life.
14:31And somebody that did, you felt did something inappropriate or wrong or whatever.
14:38They turn their back on you and just walk away.
14:42What person is not going to just get irate? Crazy. Right.
