00:36Yuganisparan was on a RM50,000 bail pending the disposal of his appeal.
00:42On December 18, 2018, the Sessions Court found him guilty and sentenced him to 13 months
00:48jail and fined him RM100,000.
00:51Yuganisparan had received RM20,000 from Emir Mavani as an inducement to get MACC to close
00:58a case against him.
