Higher Education chief lauds signing of law enabling working students to finish college

Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Chairman Prospero de Vera lauds the signing of Republic Act 12124, or the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) act, which would not only institutionalize, but also expand the program that allows working students to finish their college education.
