Benn ‘looking forward’ to Executive’s Programme for Government as Eastwood blasts delay

00:00The Secretary of State will be aware that it's been a year now since the Executive

00:03was finally re-established, and in that time the Executive have still been unable to agree

00:09a programme for government. This morning we learned that the meeting to agree it today

00:13has been moved again. Does the Secretary of State agree with me, on behalf of the people

00:18of Northern Ireland, it's time they got on with it?

00:21Well, as I indicated a moment ago, I look forward to the Executive adopting the programme

00:27for government, and I'm aware of what happened earlier today. I'm confident that another

00:33meeting will be arranged, and I look forward to seeing it being adopted.
