00:00The public is hoping for a more modern EDSA busway in the next year.

00:05This is the goal of the Department of Transportation to improve and extend the travel of passengers.

00:11On the first day of the inauguration of Transportation Secretary Vince Tizon,

00:15he tried to ride the EDSA busway from Ortigas to Monumento

00:19to personally see the problems of the commuters.

00:23He noticed that one of the paths of the passengers of the EDSA busway and MRT-3

00:28was badly damaged and dangerous to the movement of people.

00:32Because of this, Secretary Tizon emphasized the construction of a bridgeway for the EDSA busway in Ortigas

00:38as well as clearer signage to facilitate the movement of commuters.

00:43As a model, the DOTR will use the design of a mall's concourse or bridgeway in North EDSA

00:51and implement it in another station of the EDSA busway.
